The Vertuo machine prepares without any difficulty freshly extracted coffee with a rich cream as well as a delightful, authentic Espresso, in 4 mug sizes: Mug size 230 ml, Gran Lungo size 150 ml, Double Espresso size 80 ml and Espresso size 40 ml , all at the push of a button.
Combining the craftsmanship of all the coffee experts who have carefully selected the origin and roasting of each blend, Nespresso has created a new system with Centrifusion technology, an extraction technology that Nespresso has patented. All you have to do is insert the capsule and close the lever. Once the technology is activated, the capsule rotates up to 4,000 times per minute, mixing the ground coffee with the water and creating the perfect crema to enjoy quality coffee in large mugs. The machine guarantees the best result in your cup, regardless of the blend, since the extraction differs according to the barcode on each capsule. The Vertuo Pop machine is equally adapted to the digital age, as it can be automatically updated via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. In addition, it ensures a more sustainable future for the planet as it uses recycled coffee capsules and is made from 35% recycled plastic.

Nespresso selects exclusively those coffee beans that make up the top quality 1-2% of world coffee production. It plows the farthest corners of the earth in search of those fine qualities that will give you an exceptional variety of coffee.
Creating the blends of the Selected Varieties
Nespresso experts, just like perfumers, create Fine Varieties which have distinct aroma profiles and personality. They blend coffee beans from specific origins so that their aromatic profiles complement and enhance each other. At this stage, combining expertise and inspiration, Nespresso stands out.
Roasting
For each blend, Nespresso creates a specific roasting profile, designed in such a way as to bring out the special characteristics of the different origins. After being ground, the Fine Varieties are packaged in the distinctive aluminum capsule. Completely airtight and non-toxic, the aluminum “prisons” the freshness of the 900 aromas and flavors of the coffee for 12 months.
