Vertuo Next offers the well-known Nespresso coffee experience, even more upgraded, with the new extraction system, Centrifusion technology. This technology allows the machine to read the barcode written on each capsule. Each capsule is identified by a different barcode
Extracted coffee now also means specially prepared coffee with the Vertuo Next machine. From the coffee cherry to the moment of taste, Nespresso has an in-depth knowledge of every step of the creation of its Fine Varieties. Nespresso selects exclusively those coffee beans that make up the top quality 1-2% of world coffee production. It plows the farthest corners of the earth in search of those fine qualities that will give you an exceptional variety of coffee.
Creating the blends of the Selected Varieties
Nespresso experts, just like perfumers, create Fine Varieties which have distinct aroma profiles and personality. They blend coffee beans from specific origins so that their aromatic profiles complement and enhance each other. At this stage, combining expertise and inspiration, Nespresso stands out.
Roasting
For each blend, Nespresso creates a specific roasting profile, designed in such a way as to bring out the special characteristics of the different origins. After being ground, the Fine Varieties are packaged in the distinctive aluminum capsule. Completely airtight and non-toxic, the aluminum “prisons” the freshness of the 900 aromas and flavors of the coffee for 12 months.
