The Xiaomi IMI EC4 security camera is the new outdoor version of the Chinese brand. This time, it is designed with a 1/3 sensor, which gives you a 4MP resolution. This way, you get a 150° viewing angle. The result? It will record at a maximum quality of 2.5K, QuadHD (2560×1440 px). Also, this new Xiaomi kit has a Xiaomi IMI gateway that will allow you to connect your camera and link it to your WiFi connection.

LED lighting and two-way audio for outdoor use

It also supports night mode in colour thanks to its built-in LED. This will activate immediately if it detects motion at night, but you can also activate it manually. You will get videos in two ways at night: black and white or in colour. It will also detect motion during the day if you set it to do so. You can even set different detection zones. If it detects something happening in one of them, it will notify you instantly. IMILAB APP and 5200 mAh battery

Easy to assemble, the new Xiaomi IMI EC4 can be connected via WiFi to your home’s 2.4GHz network. Connect it via an ethernet cable to a router. If you use it with the IMILAB APP, it can send you notifications if it detects movement outside. In the app itself, you can set the duration of the video that the camera should record, with a maximum of 60 seconds.
